PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT / ENGINEERING

Product Redesign & Reverse Engineering

We reconstruct the necessary design data and adapt an existing product to new components or a different manufacturing method.

Complex mechanical assembly CAD model

Transparent assembly view showing complex geometry, mechanical elements and component relationships.

Deliverables and review stages are agreed for each project. Manufacturing, testing and external specialists are quoted separately where needed.

Suitable technical requests

Engineering example · Not a client case study

  • Replace an unavailable component and update its interfaces
  • Reconstruct authorized geometry and reduce assembly mass

Engineering work

Assess available data, reconstruct nominal geometry, compare changes and document the revised design.

Possible deliverables

  • Reconstructed or revised CAD
  • Change notes and interface drawings
  • Manufacturing documentation as scoped

What we need to start

Authorized sample or measurements, existing drawings, failure or improvement goals, mating parts and constraints.

How this scope develops

Review source data → identify unknowns → reconstruct and revise → compare interfaces → document changes.

Files and handover

STEP and PDF drawings, CSV BOM and change register; editable CAD by agreement.

Scope boundaries

Measured shape does not reveal original material, heat treatment or tolerances. Accuracy depends on measurement quality; only authorized reproductions are accepted.
